DiSTI Trainer Chosen for F-35

Human Machine Interface (HMI) developer DiTSI has obtained an AAI Services Corp. contract to supply its 3-D virtual maintenance technology for the F-35 Lightning II Aircraft Systems Maintenance Trainer. One part of the F-35 training system being developed by Lockheed Martin Simulation, the ASMT will provide student instruction in ground operations, maintenance and testing procedures for F-35 systems. Under the agreement, DiSTI will develop the virtual environment in Orlando, Fla., then transfer it to AAI’s training and simulation center in Charleston, S.C. for final integration before delivering it to the Integrated Training Center at Eglin AFB, Fla.
