Jet Aviation/Midcoast Aviation Complete Restructuring

Jet Aviation and its newly acquired affiliate Midcoast Aviation recently completed the restructuring of the group’s MRO and FBO business in North America. Four of Jet Aviation’s MRO divisions in Bedford, MA; Chicago, IL; Palm Beach, FL and Teterboro, NJ have been merged into Midcoast Aviation while Midcoast’s St. Louis Downtown Airport FBO is now operated by Jet Aviation. In Dallas, Jet Aviation sold its MRO business to Premier Air Center/West Star Aviation effective November 1, 2006 but will continue to provide FBO services at Love Field. More
