Richard Abott is the editor for Avionics International. He is a defense writer and editor living in Northern Virginia. Richard has a masters degree in security studies from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service. He has worked at sister publication Defense Daily for nearly a decade, starting with a focus on cybersecurity and now on Navy and Missile Defense subjects.
