AirTran Airways Launches New Service Between Milwaukee and Minneapolis-St. Paul

ORLANDO, Fla., May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), today launched new nonstop service from Milwaukee, Wis., to Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn.

“Effective today, AirTran Airways is now making it affordable for both leisure and business travelers to fly between the Twin Cities and Milwaukee,” said Kevin Healy, senior vice president of marketing and planning for AirTran Airways. “Whether it’s to visit the Mall of America or to catch a Brewers game, customers can now get there with the lowest fares around.”

The following nonstop flights between Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn., and Milwaukee, Wis., will be available beginning May 5, 2009, unless otherwise noted.
