Mesa Air Group Announces Number of Shares Issuable for Each $1,000 Face Amount of 2024 Notes

PHOENIX, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MESA AIR GROUP, INC. (Nasdaq: MESA) announced today that the number of shares of its common stock issuable on February 10, 2009 in exchange for each $1,000 principal amount at maturity of its Senior Convertible Notes due 2024 ("2024 Notes") is 4,890 shares. This number is based upon the average closing price of the Company's common stock for the five trading days ended February 5, 2009.
