NetJets Names Two to Executive Posts

Alan Cullop was named executive vice president and chief information officer (CIO) of the New Jersey-based NetJets while Matt Harris was named executive vice president of owner and employee services.
Cullop previously served as senior vice president and CIO. In his new role, he will oversee accelerating NetJets' IT system to leverage technology across all global operating companies. Joining NetJets in 2005, Mr. Cullop implemented a business focused strategy that maximizes the company's return on IT investments. During Cullop's time at NetJets, the business and IT teams have collectively delivered projects using advanced analytics, business process reengineering and internal process optimization to appreciably impact top and bottom line performance.
Prior to joining NetJets, Cullop was formerly senior vice president and chief technology officer of Cendant Corporation where he led a transformation of technology; consolidating 26 business units in 130 countries into a single shared service. His other experience includes serving as vice president and general manager of the Americas for Equant's Application Services Division as well as serving on the board of SITA and for Tripeze.com.
In his expanded role, Harris' responsibilities will include overseeing employee services as well as employee and labor relations functions in addition to his responsibilities within owner services. Harris, an 11 year veteran of NetJets, will focus on implementing the new pilot contract and delivering high quality service to both NetJets owners and the internal customers of the employee services and labor relations departments.
