Rolls-Royce Promotes Roberts

Rolls-Royce appointed Ken Roberts as president, helicopter engines. Roberts, based in Indianapolis, Ind., will be responsible for the global leadership of the company’s helicopter engine business.
Before his presidential appointment, Roberts served as EVP of helicopters with overall responsibility for strategy, business development and other areas. He also led a team of regional vice presidents focused on customer and partner relationships. Since joining Rolls-Royce in 1981, Roberts has held a range of roles in various businesses including VP of marketing- corporate and regional aircraft and VP of business development-defense North America. He has also served in several strategy, planning, commercial and consultancy positions. Roberts holds a Masters in business administration from Indiana University Bloomington and is a graduate of Ball State University in Indiana. He succeeds Scott Crislip. For related news
