Helos Rescue Scores From Flood

The Native American Havasupai reservation, located near the Grand Canyon in Colorado, was flooded due to a dam break yesterday. Helicopters by day's end had rescued 170 people. Flying rescue missions were the Arizona Dept. of Public Safety with four Bell Helicopter 206s; the U.S. National Park Service, flying MD Helicopters MD-900s, and the Arizona National Guard, with two Sikorsky Aircraft Black Hawks. Authorities are still trying to account for missing tourists in the area. For related news
