EU Proceedings Will Not Effect Budget

Finmeccanica minimized the impact of EU legal proceedings against Italy on helicopters supplied by the Italian group. The company said that any revenues lost would have no effect on its budget or business plan.
Additionally, Finmeccanica said it had not received any official notice of the latest legal proceedings and that the orders related to revenues were only a fraction of the company's total sales. Even if the EU terminates the agreements, AugustaWestland would still receive revenues for helicopters already delivered and for those currently in production. For related news
