BAE Systems has named Aaron Penkacik as the chief technical officer (CTO) for its Information & Electronics Systems Integration sector. Penkacik remains the CTO of the Information and Electronic Warfare Systems sector and vice president of the Advanced Systems and Technology organization. Rosa, Senior Technical Support Specialist
Sandel Avionics, Vista, Calif., recently hired Arthur L. Rosa Jr. for the newly created position of senior technical support specialist. The Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) has named its current director of space policy, Bruce Mahone, the assistant vice president of technical operations.
