Rockwell Collins completed its $130 million acquisition of DataPath. Under the terms of the agreement, which was first announced in April, Rockwell Collins has acquired all outstanding shares of DataPath in a cash transaction. DataPath, which includes SWE-DISH Satellite Solutions AB, a wholly owned subsidiary, will operate under the Rockwell Collins brand, with financial results reported as part of the company’s Government Systems business.
