Panasonic Avionics reached an agreement with the Airlines of TUI Travel PLC to install its in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems on the airline’s B787 fleet.
Under terms of the agreement, Panasonic will install its eX2 IFEC solution with the Eco Series integrated smart monitor. In addition, Panasonic will install DMPES systems, including the company’s 12.1-inch digital overhead monitors, on B737-800 aircraft featuring the Boeing Sky Interior. Additionally two of the Airlines, Thomson Airways & Arkefly, have selected the Panasonic Total Care Solution for their B767 and B787 aircraft based in the United Kingdom & Netherlands.
