Yes, there will be a new generation AVIATOR SBU (SwiftBroadband Unit) in the same form factor as today’s SBU that will be specifically tailored to meet the requirements for FANS/CPDLC over SBB (SwiftBroadband) when the need calls for a single channel SBB system. However, AVIATOR 700D, which is available today, can offer this capability without any modification.
