Thales was selected by Mexican Airspace Navigation Services (SENEAM) to deploy its Aeronautical Message Handling System (AMHS) across a number of Mexican airports.
Thales said its AMHS system for Mexico is based on its latest AERMAC product release which has achieved full compliance with the new ICAO Flight Plan 2012 format.
SENEAM did not announce when it expects Thales to begin installation of its AMHS solution.
“We are obviously incredibly proud of our prime position in Latin America. Being chosen by SENEAM to service Mexican airspace is a true honor and a reaffirmation of the confidence placed in us by our partners in this key region,” said Remi Gille, vice president of Thales.
