Russian carrier Aeroflot recently signed a five-year agreement with Lufthansa Systems to deploy the NetLine/Hub IT solution at its Moscow Sheremetyevo hub.
Lufthansa said the Netline/Hub solution enables airlines to track hub processes in real time and communicate operational situations to workers on the ground. Aeroflot operates a fleet of 130 aircraft, and is looking to reduce “delay costs” at its Moscow hub, the company said.
“Using this solution at our Moscow Sheremetyevo hub will make our processes run more smoothly and increase the satisfaction of our passengers,” said Kirill Bogdanov, deputy general of information technology at Aeroflot. More
