FLYHT Aerospace has a new five-year $480,000 contract to supply an undisclosed Maldivian carrier with its Automated Information Reporting System (AFIRS) 220 and 228B.
Under the agreement, FLYHT will install the AFIRS 220 on a Boeing 757, and the 228B on two Boeing 767s. Both systems provide flight tracking, satellite voice communications and automated out, off, on and in times.
The agreement includes upgrade options for FLYHT’s AFIRS 228s.
