Kent Statler, vice president and chief operating officer of the commercial systems unit, now has three new business leaders reporting to him. Former Vice President of Air Transportation Systems Jeff Standerski has been named vice president and general manager of business and regional systems.
Steve Trimm, former vice president of business and regional systems, will take over Standerski’s role as vice president of air transport systems. Greg Irmen will take over for Trimm, in a new role that will consolidate Rockwell Collins’ flight information solutions portfolio with the Tustin, Calif.-based cabin and electro mechanical systems portfolio.
Statler said the restructuring will position “the company for long-term growth in these strategic market segments.”
