[Avionics Today 02-11-2015] Turkish Airlines and Innova have partnered to launch a new Digital Cabin Management System (DCMS) to improve the quality of its cabin services. The system helps staff to address important issues, monitor critical tasks and ensure that critical orders and cabin data are obtained, as well as file necessary reports through iPads as opposed to paper-based systems.
To date, the Turkish airline has provided 2,000 flight attendants with iPads to file all required notifications, including orders for fresh supplies, holiday requests and work rotations for team members.
