[Avionics Today 05-08-2015] Thomas Global Systems’, a company that specializes in avionics display systems technology, has achieved EASA Part 145 approval for their facility in Irvine, Calif. This follows the Company’s FAA Part-145 approval, which was granted last year just after the facility opened.

Achieving FAA and EASA approvals will likely pave the way to attaining other regulatory authority accreditations for Thomas Global Systems’ Irvine facility, which opened 18 months ago. Thomas will deliver the first units produced at this facility under the new EASA approval to customers this month.
“This certification further underlines our promise of quality and optimum service and turnaround times to our North American and European customers,” said CEO of Thomas Global Systems, Angus Hutchinson.
