[Avionics Today 03-08-2016] Aviation Capital Group (“ACG”) has announced the formation of an aircraft leasing joint venture with Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited and NWS Holdings Limited for the purpose of investing in the purchasing, leasing and selling of commercial aircraft. The joint venture will target investments in aircraft similar to aircraft types as currently comprise ACG’s owned fleet. ACG will hold a 20% equity stake in the joint venture.
